Termite Inspections
Residential Inspections | Radon Gas Inspections | Commercial Inspections

If you are purchasing a new property, consider a termite inspection to test for the presence of wood destroying insects. Your inspector will view the entire property from inside and out, paying extra special attention to areas where wood comes into contact with soil. After the inspection, you will receive a computer-generated commercial inspection report describing his findings. If you decide to request a Termite Inspection with a basic commercial or residential inspection, both reports will be combined for your convenience. The report will inform you if any damage is present or if there has been past termite treatment. It is recommended that a termite inspection be done once per year on any property to prevent weakening of the foundation.
Termite inspections are usually performed with all residential or commercial inspections.
