- Request a Quote form on our Contacts page: your name, phone number, email address and message. Submissions are emailed to us and kept in the website database so we can reply.
- Newsletter sign-up in the site footer: your email address, kept in the website database so we can send you updates.
- Online Payment page: when you pay for an inspection, you enter your name, an optional company name, billing address, phone number, email address and the amount you are paying. These details are stored with your payment record on this Site. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on this Site.
- If you email or call us directly, we receive the details you choose to share.
- Technical data sent automatically by your browser, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the referring page. This is collected by our hosting, security and analytics services.
How we use information
- To answer your enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
- To send newsletters or updates you have signed up for; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site and understand how it is used.
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

- Google Maps, which shows our location on the Contacts page. Google receives your IP address when the map loads.
- Google reviews: our reviews section shows reviews and reviewer photos from Google, which your browser loads from Google servers.
- Recepcia, an AI receptionist chat widget shown on the Site. If you type into it, your messages and any contact details you share are processed by Recepcia to answer you and pass your request to us.
- EWWW Image Optimizer Easy IO, an image delivery network that serves the Site's images. It receives your IP address and browser details when an image is requested.
- WooCommerce, the software that runs our Online Payment page on this Site.
These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
